Job Title: Lifestyle & Events Lead

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to 35 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute the complete roadmap for the events vertical.

- Own P&L including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue generation.

- Identify scalable formats and partnerships to expand reach and engagement.

- Curate high-touch lifestyle experiences: wellness retreats, cultural immersions, culinary journeys, and art/music events.

- Drive end-to-end execution, collaborating with marketing, tech, content, and engagement teams.

- Build strong vendor and partner ecosystems for seamless delivery.

- Track and optimize performance metrics - attendance, ROI, profitability, and member satisfaction.

- Develop monetization strategies including sponsorships, memberships, and ticketing.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- 57 years experience in lifestyle events, hospitality, luxury retail, or experiential marketing.

- Strong background in managing and scaling P&L.

- In-depth understanding of affluent consumer behavior and premium experience design.

- Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
