
Role Summary
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager with 5+ years of experience in software development and system implementation, and hands-on expertise in Zoho Books. This role is perfect for someone who can lead tech teams, translate business needs into action, and ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution across development and finance automation initiatives.
- Own and optimize Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance in workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
- Guide and coordinate a technical team to implement custom workflows and automation.
- Execute API integrations and scripting across the Zoho ecosystem (Books, Creator, CRM, etc.).
- Drive delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and internal communication with clarity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or software development.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
- Good understanding of APIs, automation, and Zoho scripting (Deluge).
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills-able to coordinate with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Availability to work from 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST to support USA operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and related tools.
- Understanding of finance workflows, invoicing systems, or business process automation.
- Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
- Exposure to working in a SaaS, startup, or high-growth tech environment.
