As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a seasoned logistics leader to strengthen our transportation network, optimize mid-mile operations, and build a world-class supply chain that supports our next phase of growth.

What makes the role meaty?:

- Own end-to-end Mid Mile, Line Haul, and Inter-City Transportation operations across the network.

- Design and optimize transportation routes, hub networks, and distribution models to improve efficiency and service levels.

- Drive network expansion initiatives, including onboarding new hubs, transport partners, and delivery lanes.

- Lead transportation planning, fleet utilization, and capacity management to support business requirements.

- Manage and develop strategic relationships with transporters, fleet operators, and 3PL partners.

- Drive transportation cost optimization through route engineering, vendor negotiations, and productivity improvements.

- Own key logistics KPIs including OTIF, transportation cost, vehicle utilization, SLA adherence, and network productivity.

- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment teams to ensure seamless inventory flow across the supply chain.

- Leverage data analytics and technology platforms to improve operational visibility and decision-making.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and process excellence methodologies.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing logistics and transportation teams.

- Support strategic projects related to supply chain transformation, automation, and network redesign.

We hope that you have:

- 12-18 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG, or Food Distribution.

- Proven expertise in Mid Mile, Line Haul, Network Operations, and Transportation Management.

- Strong experience in network design, route optimization, and logistics cost management.

- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transportation networks, 3PLs, and fleet partners.

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

- Experience driving operational excellence, process improvements, and productivity initiatives.

- Hands-on experience with TMS, ERP systems, and data-driven decision making.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.
