About the opportunity :
- Own Licious' biggest business engine - and build it for the next phase of growth.
- This is not just a brand custodian role
- You are the P&L-adjacent brand lead responsible for solving real market problems: driving new trials, increasing frequency, expanding category adoption, and deepening emotional affinity.
- You'll lead from the customer back, and overall brand and business forward.
What makes the role meaty?.
- Owning the category-led brand strategy across Chicken, Mutton, Fish & Seafood - for both online and offline.
- Solving for penetration and frequency by defining need-based, occasion-specific propositions.
- Co-owning business KPIs: funnel drop-offs, repeat, attach rates, and O2+ conversion.
- Developing performance and brand campaigns - from insight to brief to post-analysis.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with category, CRM, creative, social, retail ops.
- Tracking and diagnosing category performance; own the plan to fix, grow, and scale.
We hope that you have:
- 7-10 years in consumer brand or category marketing (D2C or FMCG).
- Strong business acumen and hunger to solve real problems - not just make great ads.
- Bias for insight, rigour in planning, and full ownership of execution.
- Deep Passion for food, cultural nuances, and everyday customer decisions
