What makes the role meaty:
- Deliver new store openings, renovations and relocations to agreed cost, quality and timeline, and hand sites over ready for operations.
- Own the site execution plan across civil, interiors, MEP, refrigeration, signage and statutory clearances.
- Drive vendor and contractor performance on manpower, material availability, workmanship and site safety.
- Control cost variations. Review BOQs, measurement sheets and bills, and keep spend inside the approved capex.
- Coordinate with design, commercial, maintenance and the offline business team to close dependencies early.
- Surface project risks with a recovery plan rather than a status update.
- Maintain project documentation, snag lists and closure reports, and feed lessons learned into future rollouts.
- Travel to sites across the region as the pipeline requires.
We hope that you have:
- 8 - 12 years in project management, with retail, QSR, hospitality or food processing fit out experience.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong on site execution and vendor management, comfortable running several sites in parallel.
- Working knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, measurement and billing.
- Able to read and mark up layouts and services drawings.
- Comfortable with AutoCAD, MS Project or equivalent, and Excel.
- Willing to travel across the region.
