What makes the role meaty?

This role leads the central Control Tower for high-scale operations, ensuring real-time visibility, rapid decision-making, and zero-miss execution across the supply chain and on-ground functions. You will architect, govern, and scale the entire operations engine end-to-end driving alignment, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring each workflow runs with speed, accuracy, and accountability.

You will work closely with Tech, Product, Analytics, Supply Chain, Last Mile, Planning, Quality, and Hub Ops teams to develop mission-critical programs. The role demands sharp analytical instincts, strong systems thinking, and deep comfort operating in high-velocity environments like quick-comm, food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce.

Control Tower Design & Strategic Governance:

- Architect the real-time Control Tower framework, defining visibility metrics, decision protocols, and escalation pathways.

- Establish governance rhythms that drive accountability, high-velocity decision-making, and proactive risk identification.

Program Leadership & System Building:

- Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that strengthen supply chain and fulfilment capability.

- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and playbooks that improve predictability, standardisation, and long-term operational maturity.

Cross-Functional Integration & Alignment:

- Serve as the strategic connector across Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Tech, and Customer teams.

- Align teams on priorities, resource planning, and program goals to ensure unified execution and clarity.

Process Excellence, Automation & Continuous Improvement:

- Drive transformation initiatives focused on automation, workflow redesign, and tool ad option.

- Use data-driven insights to eliminate inefficiencies, strengthen forecasting, and enhance system resilience.

Capability Building & Leadership Enablement:

- Coach analysts and coordinators to develop strong analytical, operational control, and program execution skills.

- Build organisational capability through training, dashboards, frameworks, and decision-support systems.

We hope that you have 3 years in strategy operations, supply chain management, food-tech/FMCG ops, or program management.

- Strong analytical ability with comfort using Excel/Sheets and SQL.

- Experience in high-volume operations (cold chain, perishable supply, last mile, or fulfilment preferred

- Excellent stakeholder management across multi-level and multi-function environments.

- Proven ability to handle pressure, prioritize quickly, and operate with strong on-ground judgment.

- Experience implementing process automation and operational systems.
