Were hiring an AVP - HRBP for our supply chain function who will partner with supply chain leadership and act as the strategic people leader for all our supply chain verticals - sourcing, hub operations, mid mile and last mile. This role will sit close to the executive team, influence org design, talent strategy and capability building and translate business priorities into people solutions that scale a fast growing, perishable goods e-commerce business.
What makes the role meaty?
- Strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CHRO and the supply chain leadership team, helping shape people strategy to support business growth, operational excellence and scale
- Develop a deep understanding of the supply chain ecosystem including sourcing, hub operations, mid mile and last mile logistics to effectively support business priorities
- Lead organization design and workforce strategy for the supply chain function, ensuring the right structure, leadership capability and talent pipeline to support rapid expansion
- Act as a thought partner to business leaders, translating operational priorities into scalable people strategies and programs
- Coach and influence senior leaders and managers to build high performing teams and a strong leadership bench across supply chain operations
- Lead and drive key HR programs including performance management, succession planning, leadership development and engagement initiatives with excellence and consistency
- Use people data, operational metrics and business insights to diagnose organizational challenges and drive targeted interventions
- Drive change management and organizational development initiatives to support expansion of supply chain infrastructure and operational transformation
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring priorities and build strong talent pipelines for critical operations and leadership roles
- Champion culture, engagement and frontline leadership capability in a high scale operational environment
We hope that you have
- 8-12 years of HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting operations, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics functions
- Experience working in high growth e-commerce, quick-commerce, consumer tech, D2C or fast growing operational environment
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to operate hands on in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision making at the executive level
- Deep understanding of organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategy in operations heavy organizations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from people and business data to drive decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross functional teams and diverse leadership groups
- A business first mindset, applying people expertise to solve real business challe
- Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders as well as frontline teams across distributed locations
