Overview

As an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (non-tech) role at Licious, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent across non-tech functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance & Category Management. You'll be working from our Bengaluru office in a 5-day in-office set up.

What makes the role meaty?

- Drive entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates & stakeholders

- Partner closely with business leaders across functions to deeply understand talent needs and shape effective hiring strategies

- Build innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent; including developing strong pipeline of passive candidates

- Manage candidate pipelines with care, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, transparent & engaging

- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and provide consultative insights that elevate hiring decisions

- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders by offering proactive, solutions-oriented support

- Leverage data and market intelligence to set realistic expectations, influence decision-making and continuously improve recruitment outcomes

We hope that you:

- Have 4-7 years' full-time experience in a recruitment role preferably with start-ups / FMCG companies / F&B domain

- Have expertise in end to end recruitment lifecycle

- Have excellent stakeholder management skills

- Have a self-starter mindset with the resilience to grow

- Have a strong ability to leverage data & insights to influence hiring decisions

- Are proficient in google suite tools for data management & presentation

- Are willing to work in a 5 day work from office setup in Bengaluru
