I. Team & People Management
- Supervise and manage a workforce of 100+ delivery riders and 30+ hub staff (including packers and support crew).
- Build a motivated, high-performing team through structured training, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive engagement by maintaining open communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering a harmonious work culture.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for riders and hub staff as per business needs.
- Conduct interviews, induction, and on-the-job training for new team members.
II. Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth functioning of hubs by implementing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Plan and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain high service levels through proactive issue resolution, contingency planning, and on-ground supervision.
- Monitor hub dispatch accuracy, on-time delivery, and rider performance to exceed customer expectations.
III. Process, Compliance & Safety
- Uphold safety and compliance standards at hubs and during delivery operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, delivery protocols, and local regulatory requirements.
- Create and deploy CAPA for customer escalations and complaints with urgency and empathy
IV. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze operational metrics (e.g., delivery time, order accuracy, rider productivity) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights for leadership review.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions and continuously refine hub operations.
V. Adaptability & Communication
- Effectively communicate across levels from riders and hub staff to senior management in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Stay agile by adapting to new technologies, tools, and processes as the business scales

- 4-6 years of experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or similar operations roles.
- Proven experience in leading large ground teams in a high-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of hub management, delivery logistics, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work on-ground and in shifts as required
