Liaison Head

Description: Looking for a seasoned professional to lead liaison and regulatory approval activities for real estate projects across Haryana. The role involves coordinating with multiple government departments to ensure timely project approvals, NOCs, and compliance with state regulations. The incumbent will represent the organization before statutory bodies and work closely with internal project, design, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end liaisoning for approvals related to land acquisition, layout sanction, building plan, environment clearance, and occupation certificate.

- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with DTCP, HSVP, HUDA, Pollution Control Board, Fire, and other local authorities.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Haryana Urban Development and Town Planning policies.

- Track changes in state-level real estate regulations and advise management on impact and strategy.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders to prepare and submit approval documents.

- Drive proactive resolution of approval-related issues to avoid project delays.

Ideal Profile:

- 15+ years of liaison experience in real estate / infrastructure / construction industry.

- Deep understanding of Haryana government approval processes and regulatory ecosystem.

- Strong networking skills with proven relationships across state departments.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
