
Description:
User Acquisition & Channel Management:
- Lead organic and paid growth initiatives across channels such as SEO, content, partnerships, email, social, and referrals
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
- Drive audience expansion through content syndication, influencer partnerships, and distribution platforms
Experimentation & Optimization:
- Plan and run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, onboarding journeys, and user touchpoints
- Continuously test new channels, formats, and growth levers
Analytics & Insights:
- Analyze performance data to track growth metrics and identify insights
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance to stakeholders
- Translate data insights into actionable growth initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, Sales, and Tech teams to execute growth initiatives
- Align growth priorities with product roadmaps and business objectives
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as required
Ownership & Leadership:
- Own end-to-end execution of growth initiatives from ideation to rollout
- Mentor junior team members and support team capability building
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing
Required Skills & Experience:
- 67 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record of driving user growth, engagement, and revenue through measurable initiatives
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, experimentation frameworks, and customer lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e. , GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
- Experience across multiple growth channels: SEO, content, paid media, email, partnerships, social
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
