Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Planning:


- Work closely with the Founder(s) to define and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.


- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.

- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines.

- Support fundraising initiatives, investor presentations, and board-level reporting.

Operations & Execution:

- Own and drive cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution.

- Partner with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Tech to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Track and monitor business performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

- Establish and improve operational processes, governance frameworks, and execution rhythms.

Founder & Leadership Support:

- Act as a thought partner to the Founder(s), providing data-backed insights and recommendations.

- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic briefs for leadership reviews.

- Follow up on key leadership decisions to ensure timely execution and accountability.

- Represent the Founders Office in internal and external stakeholder interactions when required.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Build and maintain dashboards for business performance, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Support annual planning, budgeting, and quarterly business reviews.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent analytical abilities with comfort in data-driven decision-making.

- High ownership mindset with strong execution capability.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments.

- Strong presentation and documentation skills (PPT, Excel, dashboards).

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus.

- Prior experience in Founders Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Program Management.

- Experience working in high-growth startups, consulting firms, or VC-backed organizations is preferred
