LH2 Holdings - Content Manager

We're looking for a passionate and Content Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll take the lead in developing engaging, informative content frameworks that drive our marketing efforts and elevate brand visibility.

You'll play a key role in shaping our startup's online presence and setting the tone for how we connect with our audience.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and finalize content topics aligned with our target audience.

- Develop comprehensive training modules to help our team of Indian writers consistently deliver high-quality content

- Review sample articles published by partner brands daily, providing constructive and actionable feedback to writers and editors.

- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.

- Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility and drive organic traffic growth.

- Monitor content performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.

- Stay current with the latest content marketing trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.

- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on shared content goals.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the content team, including writers and editors, to maintain quality and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in creating, editing, and managing high-quality content across digital platforms.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, style, and detail.

- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other content optimization platforms.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing and mentoring a team of writers and editors across different brands or content verticals.

- Quick learner with a growth mindset-comfortable adapting to new tools, strategies, and fast-paced startup environments
