LH2 is being built by second-time founders, who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users in their previous ventures. Our vision is to enable digital creators to scale as easily as large conglomerates do. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with the founders to run experiments exploring new distribution, monetization, and growth strategies. 2. Conduct primary and secondary research on competitors, trends, and emerging players in the ecosystem. 3. Scale new digital content platforms from 1-10, then recruit and mentor leadership to manage them. 4. Establish end-to-end processes, create playbooks, and build systems to ensure consistency and scalability. 5. Identify high-potential business ideas and translate them into actionable growth strategies. 6. Lead strategic partnerships and identify new business development opportunities that align with LH2's growth goals. Ideal Candidate: 1. Undergraduate or MBA from a tier-1 institution. 2. 2-5 years of experience in banking, consulting, an early-stage startup (Series A), or as an ex-founder. 3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. 4. Process-oriented with the ability to break down complex projects into actionable steps. 5. Previous experience managing teams or leading projects in a high-growth environment. 6. Familiarity with digital content platforms and their key metrics. 7. In-depth knowledge of AI tools, automation (e.g., Zapier), and simple app building.
