For more details visit our website www.lex-innova.com.   Shift: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am (IST)  Key Skills required :  - Minimum 3-year experience in US based customer interactions; preferably tech products & services sales  - Ability to manage and execute Follow-up calls  - Experienced in managing a high volume calling pipeline  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Should have strong acumen to engage with prospective lead via warm calls  - Ability to write detailed follow-up notes for business reporting  - Computer literate and experience in database navigation  - Good problem solving and analytical skills  - Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues  - Confident, self-motivated and commission driven  - Friendly personality and team player  - Effective time management  - Previous working experience in BPO/LPO/IT industry preferred  Job Requirements :  - Advise present or prospective clients by making/answering calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies  - Schedule daily meetings/demos with the prospective clients and exceed the quota  - Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product/service reference information  - Proficiency in CRM / workbook management  - Keeps process operational by following manager's instructions and established procedures  - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations  - Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes  - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed  Salary range: 7 - 8 LPA
