Leverage Edu - Program Manager

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Program Manager to join our LP (B2B) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance tracking, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives that support our university partnerships and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in program or operations management within the education, EdTech, or study abroad space, and is excited to make a tangible impact in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across partner universities and internal teams - including applications, offers, and conversion metrics.

- Provide timely, actionable performance reports to internal leadership.

- Identify performance gaps and lead on-ground interventions such as incentive programs and outreach plans.

- Process & Operational Excellence:

- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline coordination among cross-functional teams.

- Ensure effective and timely communication between internal stakeholders.

Growth & Strategic Initiatives:

- Contribute to strategic reviews, proposals, and program pitches in collaboration with internal teams.

- Drive the expansion of initiatives like UniDesk to new regions and universities, ensuring consistent service delivery and value creation.

What we are looking for:

- Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management.

- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, B2B Operations, or a related role.

- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.

- Prior experience in the Study Abroad, Education, or EdTech sector is highly preferred.
