Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Finance and Operations Data Analyst with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Someone who loves uncovering insights from complex datasets and driving business impact.

As part of our Finance and Strategy team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders and CXOs to improve efficiency, optimize financial performance, and design metrics that shape business decisions.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze financial, operational, and business data to identify trends and actionable insights.

- Build dashboards, reports, and performance models for leadership decision-making.

- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to automate data processes.

- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Drive process improvements and create data pipelines for real-time analytics.

Who You Are:

- 3-5 years of experience with data analysis, building performance models and extracting insights from complex datasets.

- Graduate from a top 10 engineering college in India (IITs, BITS Pilani, NIT Trichy/Surathkal/Warangal, etc.).

- Strong academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative disciplines.

- Experience of working with CXOs to help with dashboards, variance analysis etc

- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).

- Hands-on experience or coursework in Python/R, data analysis, and statistical modeling.

- Strong communication and presentation skills able to translate data into actionable insights.
