Leverage Edu is looking for a high-impact Investor Relations professional to work closely with the leadership team on managing investor communications, supporting fundraising initiatives, and strengthening long-term capital market readiness. This role will involve preparing investor presentation decks, coordinating investor meetings, onboarding new investors, and managing relationships with existing investors. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, prior capital market exposure, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What will you do:

- Investor Communication & Presentations: Prepare and maintain investor presentation decks, pitch decks, board decks, and periodic performance updates. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all investor-facing materials.

- Investor Meetings & Relationship Management: Manage and coordinate investor meetings, calls, roadshows, and follow-ups with prospective and existing investors. Act as a primary point of contact for existing investors, ensuring timely and transparent communication.

- Fundraising & Investor Onboarding: Support fundraising initiatives including investor outreach, data room preparation, and due diligence coordination. Assist in onboarding new investors through documentation, information sharing, and internal coordination.

- Financial & Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and present financial and operational KPIs for investor reporting. Maintain investor MIS, reporting trackers, and cap table coordination inputs.

- Capital Market & Governance Readiness: Support capital market readiness initiatives including governance practices, disclosure discipline, reporting frameworks, and compliance preparedness.Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Leadership teams to align investor communication.

- External Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with auditors, advisors, bankers, and consultants for strategic finance initiatives.

- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Conduct market, peer, and industry benchmarking to strengthen investor positioning.

What will you need:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, preferably from premier institutions such as IITs and IIMs.

- 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Strategy.

- Prior exposure to capital market processes, disclosures, governance, or listing-readiness initiatives.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, valuation metrics, and fundraising processes.

- Hands-on experience in creating high-quality presentation decks for senior leadership and investors.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Prior experience in startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
