Leuwint Technologies - Transformation Office Governance Lead

As a Transformation Office Governance Lead based in Riyadh, you will serve as the central authority for overseeing the execution of large-scale strategic initiatives. You will act as the bridge between executive leadership and delivery teams, ensuring that complex transformation programs remain aligned with business objectives, budget constraints, and timelines. This role involves establishing robust governance frameworks, managing cross-functional dependencies, and providing the transparency required for senior stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Your impact will be measured by the successful realization of business value across the organization's most critical strategic projects

- 10+ years of experience in transformation delivery, strategic project management, portfolio management, or agile-at-scale program leadership.

- Proven experience working with multiple squads, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.

- Strong experience in governance, quarterly planning, delivery tracking, and executive reporting.

- Strong experience in governance cadence management, including Scrum of Scrums and quarterly planning.

- Proven experience preparing and presenting QBRs to senior/executive leadership.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proven ability to challenge senior stakeholders and resolve cross-functional conflicts and dependencies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience managing multiple initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
