Leuwint Technologies - Project Manager - ENOVIA PLM

- We are looking for a Project Manager with 9+ years of experience in ENOVIA PLM, preferably someone who began their career as an ENOVIA Developer and later transitioned into Project Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with proven leadership skills to successfully manage end-to-end PLM programs.

- As a Project Manager specializing in ENOVIA PLM, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex PLM implementations and upgrades. You will serve as the primary bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met with precision and quality.

- Your day-to-day will involve orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and mitigating risks to ensure that the ENOVIA environment aligns perfectly with the client's engineering and manufacturing requirements. Your leadership will directly influence the operational efficiency of our clients' product development workflows.

- 9+ years of overall experience in ENOVIA PLM.

- Strong preference for candidates who worked as ENOVIA Developers in the initial years of their career and later moved into Project Management roles.

- Hands-on experience with ENOVIA customization, JPOs, MQL, Java, JavaScript, and 3DEXPERIENCE platform concepts.

- Deep understanding of PLM processes, workflows, change management, and product structures.

- Proven experience managing large-scale ENOVIA implementation and upgrade projects.

- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
