Leuwint Technologies - Business Analyst

Description:

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital banking, fintech, or mobile app development.

- Strong experience in Retail and Digital Banking, including modules such as Accounts, Cards, Payments, and Digital Channels.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and user story creation.

- Exposure to the mobile application development lifecycle and digital banking processes is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA, and UI/UX teams.

- Support product backlog grooming and requirement prioritization.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional documents.

- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
