About the Role:

- We are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our influencer collaborations.

- This role demands strong ownership in planning, executing, and optimizing influencer-driven campaigns that amplify Beco's sustainability-driven mission.

- You'll be responsible for end-to-end influencer partnerships-from sourcing and negotiation to performance measurement-while building long-term relationships that drive brand visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and sustainability ethos.

- Develop influencer category mix (macro, micro, nano) based on campaign objectives and ROI targets.

Influencer Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

- Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and budgets while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.

- Conduct briefing sessions, oversee content approvals, and ensure timely campaign delivery.

Performance & Analytics:

- Track and analyze campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI.

- Use tools like Instagram Insights, HypeAuditor, Upfluence, or CreatorIQ for influencer vetting and performance monitoring.

- Provide data-driven reports and recommendations for continuous optimization.

Collaboration & Relationship Building:

- Work closely with brand, content, and social media teams to integrate influencer campaigns into overall marketing strategy.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers, positioning them as brand advocates.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing (agency or D2C/consumer brand preferred).

- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, influencer tiers, and digital trends.

- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.

- Familiarity with analytics & influencer marketing tools (HypeAuditor, Upfluence, CreatorIQ).

- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.

- Passion for sustainability and purpose-driven brands is a strong plus
