Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Manager with a minimum of 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or Institutional sectors, to lead and scale our B2B segment.
The role requires a strong "hunter" mindset focused on acquiring and scaling key accounts across corporates, HoReCa, healthcare, and institutional clients.
The Manager will take full ownership of B2B sales targets, drive revenue growth, manage complex negotiations, and execute with speed in our high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Client Acquisition and Revenue Growth (Hunter Mindset):
- Identify and actively acquire new high-value B2B clients across target verticals, specifically corporates, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and the healthcare sector.
- Take direct ownership of achieving and exceeding demanding B2B sales targets and quarterly/annual revenue goals.
- Proactively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression of opportunities from prospecting through deal closure.
- Focus on strategies to improve realization per order and maximize the lifetime value of acquired accounts.
Account Management and Contract Negotiation:
- Build and maintain deep, long-term partnerships with critical decision-makers, including procurement heads, admin managers, and facility heads.
- Oversee complex pricing negotiations, structuring favorable long-term agreements (LTAs), and managing contract renewals to secure consistent revenue streams.
- Collaborate internally with finance and operations to ensure seamless execution of commercial terms, including timely payment collection and adherence to agreed-upon fulfillment schedules.
- Provide strategic insights to guide post-sales support, ensuring high client satisfaction and sustained partnership health.
Strategy, Collaboration, and Analytics:
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that drive awareness and engagement in B2B channels, generating high-quality inbound leads.
- Analyze sales performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools to provide data-driven recommendations for pipeline optimization, territory planning, and product penetration.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach, ready to both set strategy and execute day-to-day sales activities independently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Mandatory 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in FMCG or Institutional sales.
- Education: Masters degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Track Record: Proven track record in large-scale client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience selling to corporates, hotels, or hospitals is a plus.
