Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Demand Planning

- Develop, manage, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts.

- Utilize statistical models, historical data, market insights, and cross-functional inputs to produce accurate demand forecasts.

- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to reduce errors and bias.

Supply Planning & Alignment

- Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements to ensure product availability.

- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand.

- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in supply planning and propose actionable solutions.

- Monitor and maintain secondary stock in all the channels to anticipate the sales increase

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to incorporate business intelligence into demand plans.

- Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and present demand outlooks.

- Act as a key liaison between commercial and supply chain functions to align strategies.

Data & Process Management

- Maintain planning tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.

- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.

- Drive continuous improvement in demand and supply planning processes.
