What youll do?:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
- Track and improve key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, and conversion rate.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Identify and test new channels or formats to scale D2C acquisition and retention.
What were looking for?:
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics tools, and performance metrics.
- Data-first mindset with a knack for optimization and experimentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify and conversion funnel strategies.
