We are looking for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Manager who can partner closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive solutioning excellence, create compelling demonstrations, shape winning proposals, and ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation.

What You Bring:


- 10+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to FinTech or SaaS-based solutioning.

- Expertise in requirement discovery, solution fitment, effort estimation, and proposal development.

- Strong understanding of SaaS products, licensing models, architectural components, and integration patterns.

- Ability to manage demo environments, map client use cases, and deliver impactful product walkthroughs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in Excel, pricing models, and estimation frameworks.

- Experience managing RFP/RFQ responses, SOWs, and presales documentation repositories.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams.

- Educational qualification: Bachelors in Engineering/Computer Science/Business; MBA preferred.

Desirable Skills:


- Experience working with FinTech productslending, payments, digital onboarding, credit decisioning, etc.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for CXO-level demos.

- Familiarity with documentation best practicesversion control, templates, change logs.

- Understanding of implementation challenges, commercial risks, and delivery readiness.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Your Role:


As our Pre-Sales Manager, you will:

Solutioning & Requirement Understanding:


- Collaborate with Sales and clients to understand business goals, functional needs, and technical requirements.

- Lead discovery sessions and document solution fitment.

- Support effort estimation, dependency mapping, and CR impact assessments.

Technical & Product Expertise:


- Demonstrate deep understanding of the companys SaaS/FinTech product offerings.

- Map client needs to product features, modules, and licensing structures.

- Configure and manage demo environments for client-specific scenarios.

Proposal, Documentation & Product Demo:


- Own creation of RFP/RFQ responses, SOWs, and pricing sheets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.

- Identify commercial risks, delivery challenges, and constraints during the presales cycle.

- Maintain documentation standards, templates, repositories, and version control.

- Ensure timely delivery of all presales artifacts with stakeholder sign-offs.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:


- Lead client presentations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.

- Liaise with Product and Delivery teams for handoff, knowledge transfer, and risk alignment.

- Manage communication transition from sales to delivery at project kickoff.
