We are now looking for a Lead People Partner, a high-energy HR professional who can champion employee experience, build strong talent development frameworks, and create a culture where every employee feels valued and empowered. This role is pure Business HR with zero recruitment responsibilitiesallowing you to focus entirely on people, performance, and culture.


What You Bring


- 7-10 years of experience in Business HR / HRBP / Talent Management roles.


- Strong understanding of Performance Management principles and best practices.


- Demonstrated experience in driving Learning & Development and talent development initiatives.


- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.


- High levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and passion for building a people-first organization.


- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Desired Skills


- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, employment laws, and compliance frameworks.


- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, performance systems, and HR analytics dashboards.


- Ability to design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and engagement sessions.


- Familiarity with modern performance frameworks (OKRs, competency models, 360 feedback, continuous check-ins).


- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering abilities.


- High emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.


- Ability to build communication plans, R&R frameworks, and culture-building initiatives.


- Exposure to change management, organization development, and employee experience design.


- Strong presentation, documentation, and data interpretation skills.


- Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and high ownership.


Your Role


As the Lead - People Partner, you will be the strategic HR advisor for business teams and the first point of contact for all people-related matters. You will own end-to-end talent development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives, Own the data strategy, architecture, and engineering roadmap for key client engagements


- Partner with business leaders to understand talent priorities and define employee development plans.


- Own and drive the Performance Management cycle, including reviews, check-ins, feedback sessions, and coaching interventions.


- Design and implement an impactful Rewards & Recognition program aligned with Leras culture of appreciation.


- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver technical, leadership, and behavioral training programs.


- Facilitate structured career development discussions, supporting employees in identifying long-term growth opportunities.


- Champion a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.


- Manage employee relations with fairness, empathy, and consistencyensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.


- Use HR analytics and data insights to influence business decisions and measure program effectiveness.


- Drive initiatives that strengthen Leras culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and well-being.


- Act as the first point of contact for HR policies, payroll clarifications, benefits, and employee queries.
