Lepton Software - Technical Project Manager

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead process optimization and automation efforts within organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Were looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software development and hands-on experience in technologies like Python, React, Docker, Linux, and Windows.

- Prior development experience is essential, ideally in similar stacks and project types.

- You will lead 23 concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.

- Experience managing GIS or location-based software projects is a strong plus.

- This role requires both client-facing skills and the ability to create, assign, and track tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL-SET:

- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, process optimization, or automation within data-intensive environments.

- Strong understanding of large-scale data workflows, data ingestion, and process optimization.

- Experience in implementing process automation tools and methodologies.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across engineering and business units.

- Willingness to work full-time from our Gurugram office
