Senior Manager - HRBP | Corporate Functions

Lenskart is looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Manager - HRBP (Corporate Functions) who can partner closely with business leaders, drive strategic people initiatives, and enable a high-performance culture. The role will involve managing critical HR processes, solving business challenges through people interventions, and taking ownership of key HR initiatives from conceptualization to execution.

What you'll do:

- Partner with corporate function leaders as a strategic HR Business Partner and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.

- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, and exits.

- Drive key talent initiatives including talent reviews, succession planning, capability building, and retention strategies.

- Lead performance management processes and enable a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.

- Manage employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure effective resolution of employee concerns.

- Use people analytics and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support business decision-making.

- Drive HR projects and organizational initiatives with complete ownership, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder alignment.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to support workforce planning and business growth requirements.

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in HRBP roles, preferably supporting corporate functions in a fast-paced organization.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.

- Hands-on experience in performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and employee relations.

- Strong execution mindset with the ability to build and implement HR processes from concept to completion.

- High ownership, problem-solving ability, and a passion for creating impactful employee experiences.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute preferred.
