Role Overview:

The Regional Maintenance Manager for the South region will oversee the end-to-end maintenance operations for Lenskart's retail footprint in Bangalore and surrounding areas. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of store assets, ensuring that all electrical and physical infrastructure meets stringent operational standards. You will work closely with regional business heads, store operations teams, and external service providers to minimize downtime and enhance the customer experience. By driving proactive maintenance strategies and optimizing vendor performance, you will ensure that every store remains a high-functioning, safe, and aesthetically consistent environment that supports the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preventive and breakdown maintenance strategy for all retail outlets in the South region to ensure uninterrupted store operations.

- Manage and evaluate a network of third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, cost-efficiency, and strict adherence to service level agreements.

- Oversee electrical infrastructure and general maintenance services, ensuring all installations comply with safety regulations and internal quality benchmarks.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute store renovations, repairs, and asset upgrades without disrupting daily business activities.

- Monitor maintenance budgets and operational expenses, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising on the quality of facility upkeep.

- Conduct regular site audits to identify potential infrastructure risks and implement corrective actions to maintain brand standards across all locations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale maintenance operations, specifically within the retail or hospitality sectors, with a deep understanding of electrical systems and facility management.

- Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance tracking, and dispute resolution.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret maintenance data, identify recurring issues, and implement long-term technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external service partners.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a willingness to travel across the South region as required for site inspections and project oversight.

- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, supported by 8 - 15 years of professional experience in facility or maintenance management.
