Lenskart - Head - Store Construction & Design

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Store Construction Projects Head to lead Visual Merchandising, Maintenance, and Design functions for our retail network across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have around 15 years of experience heading projects and design in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end store construction and rollout projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.

- Own the visual merchandising strategy and ensure consistent brand experience across all stores.

- Oversee facility maintenance operations for the existing store network.

- Drive design standards and interior design execution for new and refurbished stores.

- Manage vendor relationships, contractors, and procurement for construction and maintenance activities.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including retail operations, finance, and category teams.

- Manage CAPEX budgets and cost optimization for store projects.

Requirements:

- Approximately 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong background as Head of Projects and Design in Retail.

- Proven expertise in store construction project management, visual merchandising, facilities management, and interior design.

- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and procurement skills.

- Based in or willing to work out of Delhi NCR.
