- Driving Revenue and Margin Goals on Visuals for SMB and REL segments.

- Strategy planning and execution for the segment business in India.

Demand Supply planning:

- Inventory Management and keeping the inventory KPI in under the defined norms.

- Sales and marketing leadership, including product management and channel management.

- Budget management and vendor relationship development.

- Day-to-day operations oversight and relationship management with internal sales team, finance team, marketing team, AP/ WW category Team.

- Analysis of industry and end customer trends to develop strategies for sales growth.
