The Company has developed technology tools based on big data analysis which facilitates lenders to evaluate borrower's creditworthiness and provides other related services. - LENDINGKART Finance Limited (formerly Aadri Infin Limited), is a non-deposit taking NBFC, providing SME lending in India. The Company aims to transform small business lending by making it convenient for SMEs to access credit easily. The Company uses technology and analytics tools, analyzing thousands of data points from various data sources to assess the creditworthiness of small businesses rapidly and accurately. - LENDINGKART Finance Limited, unlike banks and other NBFCs, do not focus on the vendor's old records (Past Financial Statements &amp; Income Tax returns) to evaluate the credit risk profile of a potential client. The NBFC focuses on the client's current year's cash flows and business growth. The objective is to make capital funds available at fingertips so that entrepreneurs can focus on business instead of worrying about gaps in their cash-flows. - We are currently based in Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Mumbai but we serve across India. Business Analyst / Associate - Founder's Office - IIT/NIT/BITS Job description :&nbsp; - Understand issues and structure the problem in order to develop hypotheses around possible solutions. - Structure data and create assessments. If possible, identify appropriate tools to be used and analyses to be done. - Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypotheses. - Analyze and drive metrics movement, provide suggestions for improvement. - Performing analysis to drive towards high impact recommendations, including a definition of critical issues to be solved and the analysis to be undertaken, collection and cleaning of data to perform analysis, etc. - Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads. Qualification &amp; Experience required : - An engineer from IIT / NIT/ BITS. - 2-3 years of work experience in financial modeling, financial terminologies. - Proficient in advance excel, Macros, MS office, SQL, VBA, R, Python, database.
