Role Overview:
The Lending Partnership role based in Bangalore is responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key lending partners. This role involves working closely with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to structure and implement lending programs, ensure smooth loan operations, and drive business growth. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and technology, to deliver exceptional partner experiences and achieve strategic objectives. This role directly impacts our ability to expand our lending footprint, enhance our product offerings, and ultimately serve more customers with tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of lending partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring strong, collaborative relationships.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and drive partner satisfaction.
- Structure and negotiate lending program agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall partner experience.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss performance, identify challenges, and develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to lending partnerships.
- Identify and onboard new lending partners to expand our network and diversify our product offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
- Proven expertise in account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Deep understanding of loan operations, banking operations, and lending regulations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in partnership management, account management, or loan operations within the banking or fintech industry.
