This role blends product ownership with delivery. You will represent both the customer's voice and the product vision, ensuring our platform is configured, adopted, and scaled effectively. You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs, translate them into product capabilities, and guide them through implementation to business value realization. Internally, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure client feedback shapes the roadmap. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, delivery, and customer success. Key Responsibilities - Act as the Product Owner for customer implementation projects, owning backlog, priorities, and delivery outcomes. - Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand workflows, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities. - Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Manage end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met. - Conduct demos, training sessions, and ensure adoption by client teams. - Serve as the primary customer-facing product representative, ensuring transparency and trust throughout delivery. - Continuously identify opportunities to expand usage and drive measurable business impact for clients. - Capture customer feedback to inform platform roadmap and drive iterative improvements. Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in SaaS delivery/enterprise software implementation. - Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and integrations (APIs, data mapping, system configuration). - Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile delivery. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate between business and technical teams. - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a delivery mindset. - Familiarity with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello). Nice to Have Experience in fintech, lending, or banking software. Exposure to Loan Origination Systems or other enterprise lending platforms.
