Credit Risk Manager (2-4 yrs)

Purpose of the Role

Own day-to-day portfolio risk management across LendenClub's lending products Framing policies and translating them into consistent, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Frame and refine credit policy across lending products and Monitor portfolio performance indicators and flag emerging risk trends and mitigation

- Support rollout of new credit and risk initiatives

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders

- Maintain documentation of underwriting decisions, exceptions, and process changes for audit and governance purposes

Qualifications

- MBA or MBA Tech preferred

- 2-3 years of experience in credit underwriting or risk management, preferably in NBFC/fintech lending

- Strong analytical judgment and team collaboration skills

- Comfort working with data-driven decisioning tools and evolving credit tech stacks

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and agile environments
