- We are looking for a recently qualified MBA fresher to join our Growth team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data analysis, performance tracking, and strategic planning.

- You will support initiatives across user acquisition, revenue optimization, and market expansion by providing actionable financial and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities

- Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

- Support the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams for campaign analysis

- Track KPIs and prepare performance dashboards and reports

Requirements:

- Recently qualified MBA (Fresher)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation

- Interest in startups, digital products, or fintech (preferred)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
