Role Description:

This is a full-time role as a Manager - Partnership & Alliances at Lendbox. The role involves onboarding the IFAs & MFDs, business planning, communication, and establishing and managing strategic partnerships and business alliances on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications - Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field

Key Skills required:

- Previous Experience working with IFAs & MFDs

- Business Planning and Strategic Partnerships skills

- Strong communication skills

- Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships

- Ability to develop and implement effective partnership strategies

- Knowledge of the financial services industry

- Exposure to international partnerships or cross-border collaborations.

- Understanding of legal and contractual aspects of partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership management platforms is a plus.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.
