
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned professional who will be responsible for leading civil and structural functions across multiple hotel projects, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance, and timely delivery. The role requires strong corporate exposure and hands-on experience in hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end civil and structural execution for new hotel developments, renovations, and upgrades.
- Oversee design coordination, structural planning, and construction management across multiple properties.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Conduct site audits and ensure adherence to brand and engineering standards.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance evaluation.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to engineering and project teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in civil & structural engineering
- Must have handled hotel/hospitality projects
- Mandatory: Prior experience working in a corporate office setup
- Strong exposure to multi-location project management
