Qualification: BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing/Operations
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong relationships across agencies and direct brands, and a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by evangelizing Lemmas pDOOH solutions, managing agency relationships, and acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute roadshows and meetings with agencies and major clients to secure pDOOH budgets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with digital planners, account leads, and decision-makers; act as the primary point of contact for Lemmas pDOOH offerings.
- Understand client objectives and deliver solutions that meet their business and campaign goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, operations, and programmatic teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate forecasting, tracking sales pipeline, and maintaining client records.
- Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strategic sales experience in digital media, preferably with agencies or direct brands.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a strong drive for results.
