Legal Professional - Patent Attorney - Law Firm

Job Description:

- Our client is a leading law firm and is looking for a patent attorney is responsible for managing the patent litigation

- The role demands advanced technical knowledge, expertise in patent law, and leadership skills to guide junior team members and provide insightful legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Litigation Strategy: Developing end-to-end case theories, performing claim construction, and conducting non-infringement or invalidity analyses.

- Document Drafting: Preparing complex pleadings, motions, invalidity petitions, and Markman hearing briefs.

- Discovery & Trial: Leading the discovery process, managing document production, and conducting depositions of key technical witnesses and experts.

- Client Advocacy

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. A degree in Law is preferred .

Experience:

- 4-6 years of experience in patent litigation, drafting, prosecution, and related IP services.
