Job Description-
1. This requires comprehensive knowledge and good understanding of the industry practice of Mortgage Laws.
2. Should have good knowledge of TSR vetting and identifying and highlighting the potential issues in the TSR and closing the TSR with an empaneled lawyer relating to LAP business.
3. Responsible for handling day to day Title Search Report (TSR) related issues and allocation of TSR to empaneled lawyers.
4. Verify Original Title Documents (OTD) and ensure they are in line with LSR and initiate Disbursal Approvals.
5. Should have good knowledge and be able to draft and review the documentation related to Mortgage. Should be able to draft and/or review the day to day agreements for the Mortgage Vertical (Such as Indenture of Mortgage, MODT, Indemnity, Undertakings etc.)
