Legal Documentation Specialist - OTC Derivatives

We are supporting our global client in hiring for a legal team supporting global trading in OTC derivatives and securities. You'll draft and negotiate key agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA), review client legal capacity, and work closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure smooth and compliant trading operations.

What You'll Do:

- Draft and negotiate complex trading agreements

- Review legal documentation for client onboarding

- Liaise with Risk, Credit, Ops, Tax, and Legal teams

- Manage documentation workflow from start to finish

- Support and mentor junior team members

- Contribute to regulatory and process improvement projects

What We're Looking For:

- Law graduate with experience in derivatives/financial documentation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure

- Team player with a proactive and detail-driven mindset

- Experience working with global clients is a plus
