Legal Counsel Role - LLB/LLM - Contractual

We are seeking a skilled legal professional with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to support day-to-day legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and respond to consumer complaints in coordination with customer care and business teams

- Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts and vendor agreements

- Oversee documentation and invoicing processes; assist with internal and external audits

- Support regulatory research, brand protection, IP matters, and government affairs

- Draft legal instruments including powers of attorney and authorization letters

- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across India and Sri Lanka

Candidate Profile:

- Law degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution

- 3-6 years of post qualification experience in contract law, consumer protection, and Legal Metrology

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

- Proven ability to manage priorities independently and work across teams
