Reports To: Product Growth Lead Job Overview: As a Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving client adoption and ensuring product engagement through structured change management. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Design, Copywriting, and Implementation to execute awareness campaigns, enhance user experience, and optimize product usage. Your primary focus will be on client interaction, tracking adoption metrics, and refining growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Acquisition & Engagement: - Own key adoption metrics (e.g., MAU, WAU) to ensure active and engaged client usage. - Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive platform adoption. - Engage with clients during onboarding, gather requirements, and manage launch planning. - Collaborate with Design and Copywriting teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns. - Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to track and optimize product positioning. Reporting & Analysis: - Maintain and track adoption metrics, providing insights for internal reporting and leadership reviews. - Proactively address adoption dips, engaging with client SPOCs to drive re-engagement strategies. - Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by analyzing adoption trends and client feedback. Growth & Experimentation: - Gather user feedback and analyze feature usage trends to enhance product experience. - Develop and optimize adoption playbooks and campaign strategies for ongoing improvement. - Identify opportunities for A/B testing and optimization to drive higher engagement. Key Competencies: - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Proficiency with design & marketing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Figma). - Data-driven mindset skilled in Excel for analysis & insights. - Problem-solving ability with a strong analytical approach. - Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and MarTech tools. - Prior experience in a client-facing role (2-3 years).
