Role Overview


We are looking for a Lead Growth / Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand scale across our D2C and marketplace businesses. This role requires hands-on expertise in paid media, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage full-funnel growth strategies across multiple digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search & Display, YouTube, Affiliates, and Marketplaces


- Own full-funnel growth strategies including customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention


- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates


- Analyze campaign data and consumer behavior to continuously improve efficiency and scale


- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages


- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations


- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities


Required Skills & Qualifications


- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Performance / Growth Marketing


- Proven experience working with D2C, Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Healthcare brands


- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools


- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills


- Experience scaling campaigns with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
