Leasing Role - Valuation

1. Structuring & Analytics

Role Summary:

- Responsible for financial structuring of leasing deals and evaluation of project viability through IRR-based decision frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the customer and its requirements

- Structure financial leasing deals

- Build financial models to evaluate project IRR, cash flows and P&L

- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis

- Assess risk-return profile and check viability from regulatory and compliance angles

- Support negotiation with stakeholders from a financial perspective

Core Skills:

- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel)

- Understanding of financial concepts and ratios such as IRR, NPV

- Analytical and problem-solving ability

2. Business Finance

Role Summary:

- Drive completion of projects or deals

- Assist in coordination with external stakeholders including auditors and investors
