Leasing Manager - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield

- Lead leasing for commercial, retail, office, or infrastructure assets as applicable

- Identify, negotiate, and close lease transactions with corporate clients, brands, and anchor tenants

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key clients

- Conduct market research, rental benchmarking, and competitor analysis

- Lead lease negotiations including commercials, terms, renewals, and escalations

- Coordinate with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams for smooth closures

- Ensure timely documentation, handover, and compliance with leasing policies

- Track leasing performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management

- Support asset stabilization and long-term leasing plans
