LearningMate - Project Data Manager

- As a Project Manager based in Mumbai specializing in Data & Metrics for K-12 accounts, your role will involve managing and analyzing project data, tracking performance metrics, and generating analytical reports.

- Your expertise will be crucial in providing insights, monitoring project health, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across the K12 sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and consolidate data from various project teams and systems for accurate project performance tracking.

- Maintain project data repositories to ensure data integrity.

- Assist in creating and managing PMO databases for effective project tracking.

- Support quality assurance processes and design alignment with accreditation standards.

- Develop and automate key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.

- Generate regular reports on project performance, including status updates and risk/issue tracking.

- Prepare dashboards and visualizations to present data insights in a user-friendly format.

- Analyze project data to identify trends and potential areas of concern.

- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support project decision-making and

continuous improvement.

Qualifications Required:

- 2-3 years of experience in a project management office, project coordination, or data analysis role, preferably within the K12 sector.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker Studio is considered a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data efficiently.

- Certification in Google Sheets and Python programming.
