JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :   Your main responsibilities will include:  Operations & Delivery :   - Tracking course signup, attendance, inviting attendees into online communities and monitoring online activity.  - Coordinating room setup and materials required (working with external suppliers where relevant)  - Tracking online training LMS, spotting trends in needs and sharing with the team to trigger new course creation/need identification.  - Researching and sourcing additional resources or content suggestions for the LMS based on training calendar and hot topics.  - Develop content & deliver programs on basic soft skills / topics relevant to the needs of the company Course Engagement and Embedding - Make it stick.  - Engaging managers and people with development opportunity announcements.  - Releasing Organisation L&D products, focusing on the creation of a spark of excitement.  - Sending follow up materials to people who attended, helping to nudge the class room conversations when they are back at their desk.  L&D Insight Creation - We like big data :   - Managing the evaluation of courses, analyzing responses and managing observations of impact, tracking analytics from courses including Net Promoter Score.  - Sharing feedback with the businessas relevant  - Coordinating with Facilitators/Subject Matter Expertstocreate a continuous improvement loop Annual Review - Operational Excellence for our People  - Facilitating the annual review communications and process for the region.  - Compiling reports from 360 feedback.  - Spotting and analyzing trends from reviews to provide an overview.  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :   - 5 - 6 years- work experience organizing and delivering programs  - Experience working with different levels of people/customer facing  - Happy handling calendar conflicts and organizing events  - Previous experience as an L&D Administrator  - Exposure / experience in working with content creation tools, LMS, word press, MS excel  - Training certifications would be added plus.   - Post graduate in management / psychology / behavior sciences preferred  REQUIRED SKILLS :   - Plans and organised own work load taking into account possible changing circumstances.  - Persuading and influencing of stakeholders at all levels.  - Analyses data to create in sights which are then embedded into their plans.  - Alignment with organization score values/culture  - Can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm  - A desire to grow their career as the company scales  WHAT WE VALUE IN OUR PEOPLE :   Innovation - you demonstrate the difference between good and great  Passion - your energy is infectious and builds momentum  Community - you love making the world a smaller place  Ambition - your potential is limitless  Determination - you always find a way  Adaptability - change is exciting to you  ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXCELLENT PEDIGREE APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.
